What should I do?

I have been on a health kick lately. Since I started drinking slimfast and working out earlier this year I have lost 15 pounds! Yay go me! I want to kick the habit of drinking Diet Mountain Dew because it is bad for you and yadda yadda yadda, but I just can't.

I started drinking Vitamin Water Zero, the lemonade kind, and it is really good! But nothing compares to the sweet taste of carbonated water and orange juice that makes up DMD. I can't get enough of that caffeine and the more I try to quit drinking it, the more I crave it!

What do I do?

  1. 15 lbs awesome! Good for you, Keep going. You look great by the way, about the caffeine thing, I don't know what to tell. You could try running, I find that after a run or a work out all I want is water and if I do Happen to have a pop or something like that, I know I'm just putting toxins into my body and I end up tossing it before I even finish it. I found you on twitter just so you know.

    Running isn't the best for me, too high impact, I have a bad back. But thanks for the suggestion. I would love to start swimming, but I never have any time to myself with my kids running around.
